Majla Genero developed her professional experience mainly in Padua and Vicenza. After graduating at University of Bologna, she started working at Michelon law firm and then at Gian Alberto Tuzzato law firm, where she gained in-depth experience on alternative energy sources sector, both on judicial and extrajudicial basis. Working at the same time as professional of counsel at Balin e Associati firm in Padova and at Studi di Consulenza Aziendale S.r.l. in Vicenza, she acquired significant expertise in M&A and extra-ordinary transactions. She regularly deals with the set-up of newCo, equity transactions, transfer of companies or branches especially in the renewable energies sector. She also regularly deals with judicial issues related to banking, financial and bankruptcy law, as well as actions for the recovery of credit both on national and international basis.
