Umberto Balin is a chartered accountant and independent auditor. He has founded the firm Balin e Associati in Padua in 1994 where he currently is the managing partner. He is specialized in national and international corporate, legal and financial consulting, including M&A, business start-up, in and out of court corporate crisis resolution, tax and strategy planning, negotiation and business consulting for primary corporate groups, multinational groups operating in Italy, and Italian companies willing to expand abroad.
