Litigation is definitely a method of dispute resolution, but we are convinced that only in a very few cases it is the best one. Indeed, time associated with the judicial definition of disputes represents today an intolerable burden for companies, which results in additional cost for the business.

This is why we face litigation in the most determined way. We want our counterparty to consider alternative solutions that allow both parties to achieve greater satisfaction and ensure the prosecution of the business.
