Therefore, we focus on pursuing solutions to the disputes that prevent the judgment or allow to get out of it as quickly as possible. We do this by trying to make our Clients and their counterparts understanding that, behind the dispute there might be a new business opportunity, that the dispute itself is rendering inaccessible.

In this perspective, the professionals of our Firm are directly involved in arbitration, mediation and training of mediators at credited organizations where they manage proceedings dealing with breach of contracts, torts, banking and insurance relationships, contracts, corporate litigation and medical malpractice.
